We DPS'd him down to about 20% so that he wouldn't accidentally die while killing Modules. 6 of us would stay dead in the spirit realm and not take Tree of Life at all when he phases and kills you.
We had 1 tank and 1 ranged DPS assigned to stay alive and kill Reorigination Modules. Strategy: Wait for Reorigination Module Set 8, 9 or 10 to spawn, then collect all the orbs as soon as they spawn! Repeat this until close to enrage timer, then revive and kill the boss. Tip: You should bring a few Shamans, Demon Hunters or Night Elves (if you're Alliance) to help collect Motes of Titanic Power in the spirit realm. That way all Motes of Titanic Power spawn at the same time. The Motes of Titanic Power spawn whenever Reorigination Modules explode, so it's extremely important not to kill the modules and just let them explode by default.
